It is our intention for you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event you need to exchange or return an item please follows our company procedure: Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase via email to customerservice@hilarysvanity.com to receive an RMA number – your email should contain your order number and reason for the return and /or exchange. We will issue you an RMA number by return email. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Return shipments without an RMA number will not be accepted. Items being returned should be sent with a traceable shipping method or one that provides confirmation of delivery. New shipping charges will be billed to the original credit card used on all exchanges unless the exchange resulted from our error. All returns of merchandise are at the discretion of Hilary’s Vanity. No cash refunds or credit card refunds will be issued for returns. Store credit only will be issued. Items that have been worn, or are not in the original condition as when they were received by purchaser are not eligible for return or exchange. And it's sad to even have to say this, but original condition means: in original condition, garment tags must still be intact, no deodorant stains, dirt, animal hair, colognes, perfumes, lotions, body grease, makeup, bodily excretions, cigarette smoke or foul smells must emit from the pristine package you initially received!
